President and Chief Executive Officer
Madhava Reddy is the President, and Chief Executive Officer of Ciber Global. HTC acquired significant assets of the North American and India operations of Ciber Inc. in June 2017 to expand the customer base and geographical presence of HTC Global Services.
Over the past 26 years, he has grown HTC to a global provider of information technology solutions, recording significant growth in revenue and market share with thousands of employees around the globe. He ascribes his phenomenal growth to consistent adherence to the core values of simplicity, honesty, and humility based on the principle of truth. He is a 2010 Corp! Magazine award recipient and was also named the CII-ICICI Venture Connect 2010 Entrepreneur of the Year.
Mr. Reddy looks forward to the growth of the HTC Global Services family of companies, including CareTech Solutions acquired in December of 2014 and Ciber Global, as a part of HTC’s 2020 Vision strategy.
Mr. Reddy is a CPA and holds an M.S.P.A. and a B.B.A. in Information Systems from Walsh College of Business and Accounting in Troy, Michigan.
Chief Strategy Officer
George Surdu, with more than 40 years of IT leadership, spanning both the automotive and banking industries, is the Chief Strategy Officer for HTC Global Services, CareTech Solutions and Ciber Global. He leads the coordination and development of an integrated decision-making strategy for the business as well as the setting of technology-related products and service directions that will be the focus of HTC through 2020. George also provides insights for Marketing and Sales, Technology Research and Innovation Services, Technology Partnership Programs, and Industry Analyst Relationship Management.
Previously, as Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of Comerica Bank, George led all IT activities including software development and production support, infrastructure operations, IS security services, advanced technology research, technology engineering, IS business relationship management, and IT risk assurance. At Ford Motor Company, he held several executive positions across eight divisions, most notably as Director, Global Infrastructure Services.
George has an undergraduate degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Eastern Michigan University; a Master’s Degree in Mathematics from Eastern Michigan University, MBA coursework and numerous technical and leadership courses from specialized institutions.
Senior Vice President, Regional Sales
Vicki Hickman is the Senior Vice President of Regional Sales at Ciber Global. She has more than 30 years’ experience in information technology global sales and strategic account management. Vicki is an eleven year veteran of Ciber growing and managing one of the largest and most profitable regions in North America. In her current role, she is responsible for Ciber’s North America Regional Sales.
She is responsible for leading Ciber’s business development including creating and executing business strategies, building life-long relationships and client satisfaction while being well-versed in Ciber services. A strong desire to build trusting relationships while managing and delivering with integrity best define Vicki. She has been described as having the innate ability to look at things from a strategic perspective and yet a willingness to roll up her sleeves to execute tactically. Vicki is a respected IT professional serving clients across all verticals.
Her background includes expertise in infrastructure services, ERP implementations, staff augmentation, managed services and IT solutions to meet business challenges.
She is a member of the Michigan Council of Women in Technology and a sponsor for our corporate College Intern Hiring Program.
Vice President, Oracle Practice
As Ciber’s Oracle Practice Vice President, Nate Holley brings seven years of leadership for Ciber, and more than a decade of leadership positions at Oracle which have equipped him to grow Ciber’s Oracle practice, increase customer satisfaction and Ciber market share. Nate exemplifies leadership and lives it every day by demonstrating persistence, purpose and passion.
Delivering Oracle technology excellence has been a huge part of Nate’s focus throughout his career. By emphasizing customer relationships with agreed upon objectives and a clear plan, Ciber’s Oracle Practice and its clients are on a path to success. Nate rallies the Ciber Oracle practice with a culture of respect, dignity and integrity that is contagious.
Nathan has a Bachelor of Science from Central State University.
Vice President, Strategic Accounts and Enterprise Planning
Nathan Hlavin is the Vice President of Strategic Accounts and Enterprise Planning. He directs large accounts and runs various strategy and planning activities across the enterprise. Additionally, he leads the Transformation Services and Innovation Practices at Ciber.
Nathan has over 14 years of experience with Ciber with various roles including Consulting Services Manager, Global Account Director, Director of Delivery, and Executive Leadership. Nathan served a member of Ciber’s Executive Leadership Team, assisting in setting governance policy and major decisions across the enterprise. Additionally, he served as Country Manager for UK Operations.
Nathan’s experience includes working for Chrysler as a Labor Relations Specialist. Prior to his automotive work, Nathan held positions at EDS as a Business Analyst. He sits on several non-profit organizations and is a member of the Board of Regents for North Central University.
Nathan has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration: Human Resources/Labor Relations from Wayne State University.
Vice President, Market Leader - Technology Solutions Group
Eric Borcherding is responsible for Ciber’s Technology Solutions Group. This business unit focuses on the sales and support of infrastructure product offerings including servers, storage, software, mobility, networking, cloud environments and maintenance services. Eric has served in this capacity for Ciber for twenty years, and been with Ciber for 22 years.
With 20 years in practice management including P&L responsibility, and 12 years in client development, managing a sales organization as well as selling consulting, technology, and application solutions, Eric has an impressive breadth of leadership. A key strategic element of Eric’s leadership is oversight for the IBM Premier Business Partnership with two decades of IBM based infrastructure consulting, design and implementation. In particular, Ciber brings application consulting in manufacturing and distribution including senior manufacturing/distribution expertise to its infrastructure clients.
Eric completed undergraduate and graduate studies in Business Administration at the University of Cincinnati, and resides in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Vice President, Finance and Accounting
An executive leader and a trusted advisor with solid background in a complex globally charged settings, Ruchi Kapoor has been with Ciber for 8 years. She has more than 21 years of experience in corporate finance, compliance and overall operations. Ruchi serves as the Vice President, Finance and Accounting of Ciber Global and is based out of Bangalore, India.
She started her career with S.R.Batliboi & Company, and continued to work with them for seven years as Senior Consultant being part of various teams such as audit, compliance to mergers and acquisitions. She moved from consulting to work for information technology service companies such as i2 Technologies and Adobe. Prior to joining Ciber, she was Vice President Finance and Legal with Marketics Technologies an Analytics Company where she was an integral part of the leadership team that steered merger and acquisition negotiations which led to the acquisition of Marketics by WNS.
Ruchi’s experience in the IT industry covers a broad spectrum of activities such as, finance, accounting, legal, IT, facilities, administration, human resources, merger and acquisition, contract negotiations and team building.
Ruchi is a Chartered Accountant and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi and has an MBA of Finance from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune.
Vice President - Delivery, Ciber India
Nidhi Khanna is an Industry veteran with more than 22 years of experience in delivering profit-driven technology services and solutions, and building high performance teams. She joined Ciber in 2013 as the Emerging Technologies Practice Director, and since then has been instrumental in building technology practices, driving innovation and thought leadership in the organization. She incubated the concept of Startup practice for technologies such as mobility, artificial intelligence, internet of things and analytics, and developed it to a matured delivery state. As the Delivery Leader for CiberSites India, Nidhi is responsible for all offshore delivery for North America, Europe and India and also drives sales and business development for India.
Prior to joining Ciber, Nidhi has had fruitful tenures at Everett, Sapient and Oracle. She has worked with cross-cultural and distributed teams to deliver successful assignments globally and has incubated several Centers of Excellence, for building a strong consulting and knowledge base, and delivery excellence.
Chief Technology Officer, Ciber India Leadership
Chary joined HTC Global Services in 1994, and is a veteran of the Information Technology industry with more than 33 years of experience. Prior to working with CiberSites India, Chary also served as HTC’s Executive Vice President overseeing Technology Management and Global Development Centers.
A proven management professional, Chary leads the company’s operations and efforts to keep pace with market and technology trends and support business units to open new avenues of growth. Chary has led multiple complex managed services engagements ranging from application development to business process outsourcing.
Chary earned an M.S. in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology in Chennai, India and is a Gold Medalist in MSc. Tech. in Physics and Electronics.
Executive Vice President
Vikas Bhutada, Executive Vice President of HTC Global Services and responsible for Oracle and Technology Solutions Group of Ciber, has more than 30 years of experience in the IT industry. He has played a key role in building and expanding HTC’s business globally, over the past 18 years.
He started his career with Tata Engineering, India, as Systems Analyst. He later worked as General Manager with an IT products and solutions company in Bahrain for 11 years where he developed and expanded the company’s software products portfolio and business in the Arabian Gulf and Asia-Pacific regions.
His experience in the global IT industry covers a broad spectrum of activities such as, business and technology strategy, thought leadership, developing alliances and partnerships, managing sales and business development, contract negotiations, team building, product management, and recruitment. He has managed strategic business units across industry verticals and multiple geographies covering large size P&Ls; large global client engagements covering IT outsourcing and BPO deals; products development and marketing; Technology practices, and merger and acquisition deals.
Vikas also serves in an advisory capacity on the board of a young startup company. Vikas is also involved with multiple social, cultural, and business associations in the metro Detroit area.
Vikas has a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Nagpur University and a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur.
Executive Vice President
As Executive Vice President of HTC Global Services, Narayan Renga is responsible for Global Delivery and Strategic Accounts. He manages delivery for US Operations inclusive of Strategic Sourcing for multi-geographies and for Strategic Business Units covering strategic customers in the US. His focus is on providing services resulting in business transformation through thought leadership. In addition, Narayan heads the Recruiting and Resource Management for all three entities – HTC, CareTech Solutions and Ciber Global LLC.
Narayan has end-to-end experience in establishing and managing customer relationship and business development. He has expertise in setting up the Project Management Office and delivering services to large strategic customers. He also has expertise in various Engagement and Delivery models catering to multi-geographies. He has extensive experience in delivering services in Outsourcing and Managed Services engagement models and in establishing Quality Systems for large IT organizations.
Narayan brings over 30 years of diverse leadership experience in the IT Industry. He joined HTC in 2009 after a successful career at Convansys/CSC and Satyam, ICIM, and BHEL. In his previous employment, he had managed new business efforts, led healthcare business units, and had played an integral role in driving growth, from overseeing contract negotiations to executing large contracts for some of their top clients. He has experience working in India, the United Kingdom, and in the United States.
Executive Vice President, Operations
As Executive Vice President, Operations, Venu is responsible for the US Business Operations. In this role he supports business development across all verticals, Global Strategic Sourcing, Human Resources Management and Mergers & Acquisitions. In addition, Venu heads the human resource function for Ciber Global and CareTech Solutions which are wholly owned subsidiaries of HTC Global Services. He joined HTC in December 2009.
Venu brings over 41 years of diverse business leadership experience in the IT Industry. Prior to HTC, Venu was with Convansys / CSC and Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). During his tenure at Covansys / CSC, he managed new business efforts, led the automotive business unit as the Head of Human Resources, played a vital role in the IPO and spearheaded the integration of several newly acquired companies. As Executive Vice President of Offshore Solutions, at Covansys/CSC, Venu played an integral role in driving growth, from overseeing contract negotiations, to executing a large contract for one of their top clients. In his 16 plus years at TCS, he performed in several different technical roles. He was the Regional Manager in their New York office, during last three years of his tenure with TCS.
Venu has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University and a Master’s degree in Aeronautics from the Indian Institute of Technology(IIT), Kanpur.
