Mr. Boustridge is the president and chief executive officer of Ciber as well as a member of the board of directors. Prior to joining the company, he served as chief executive officer of Contact Solutions, a provider of voice and mobility customer self-service solutions and business intelligence offerings. Before that, he was president of BT Global Services, where his team served the needs of some 7,000 clients in more than 170 countries worldwide. He joined BT after an 11-year career with Electronic Data Systems, also known as HP Enterprise Services. There, he was vice president of sales and chief marketing officer. Mr. Boustridge started his career in New Zealand, where he worked for Hitachi and IBM.
A well-known technology executive with deep expertise in the IT services and telecom industries, Mr. Boustridge served on Ciber’s Board of Directors for two years before being named CEO. He is also a board member for several other firms, including Riverbed Technology, a leader in application performance infrastructure and Cyan, a SaaS solution provider.
Mr. Boustridge’s charitable efforts include serving as a board member for the Xprize Foundation, a non-profit organization focused on bringing about radical breakthroughs to benefit humanity through prize competitions that stimulate research.
Christian Mezger is chief financial officer of Ciber. Mr. Mezger joined Ciber from Hewlett Packard (HP), where he most recently served as finance vice president of the $11 billion technology services business. Prior to that, he was vice president of Worldwide Financial Planning and Analysis, responsible for HP’s global Financial Planning and Analysis teams as well as financial management of the company’s horizontal functions.
In his 15-year tenure at HP, Mr. Mezger held several management and leadership roles including director of Finance for the office of Strategy and Technology where he supported HP labs, strategy, corporate development, business incubation, intellectual property and global strategic alliances. He also worked as finance manager in corporate financial planning and analysis, where he served on the integration team during the HP-Compaq merger.
Mr. Mezger holds an MBA-equivalent degree with a concentration in international business management from the University of Vienna.
Sean Radcliffe, senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary for Ciber, heads up the international legal team from the company’s corporate headquarters. As chief counsel for all business units, Mr. Radcliffe draws on nearly two decades of experience guiding corporations and their leaders through a wide range of legal areas, including intellectual property protection, client and vendor engagement, human resources, mergers and acquisitions and regulatory compliance.
Prior to joining Ciber, Mr. Radcliffe was chief corporate counsel and chief compliance officer at IHS, a leading global provider of business information services and decision-support tools. He also has held key legal positions at WilTel Communications, a major telecommunications firm, as well as at the law firms of Sneed Lang Herrold, Conner & Winters and Pray Walker.
Mr. Radcliffe is currently president of the Board of Directors of the Association of Corporate Counsel, Colorado chapter. He has been a member since 2010 and has held other positions including first vice president, treasurer and secretary. Mr. Radcliffe is also on the Professional Advisory Board for the Institute for Enterprise Ethics at the Daniels College of Business, University of Denver.
Mr. Radcliffe is regularly invited to speak as an expert on a wide variety of topics including securities regulation, cyber security and compliance. Engagements have included the New York Stock Exchange’s General Counsel Forum on Anticorruption, the ComplianceWeek Annual Conference, Consero General Counsel and Compliance Conferences, Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals, and the National Investor Relations Institute, Rocky Mountain chapter.
Mr. Radcliffe earned his Juris Doctor degree at the University of Tulsa College of Law after earning his bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma State University.
Chris Batson is senior vice president of Finance and Operations for North America, responsible for financial planning and analysis, pricing, strategic planning and operations oversight for North American operations. In addition to providing core financial leadership, he is also responsible for overall operational efficiency in the organization, working closely with the general manager for North America.
Mr. Batson has more than 15 years of corporate finance and treasury experience. Before joining Ciber, he was vice president and treasurer at Local Insight Media, a yellow pages publisher generating more than $500 million in annual revenue across the U.S., Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic. He also served as the company’s chief financial officer for its Caribbean subsidiary. In these roles, he managed the restructuring of almost $2 billion in debt, managing several entities through bankruptcy proceedings and restructuring negotiations.
Previously, Mr. Batson was CEO and interim CFO of Loud Financial, a national lender of retail installment contracts for motorcycles, and he worked for five years with TeleTech Holdings, Inc. in various financial management positions including CFO for TeleTech’s European business unit as well as treasurer and vice president of the corporation. He also held a key financial role at NCR and was a senior consultant for Deloitte & Touche.
Mr. Batson holds a master's degree in business administration from Indiana University and a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the University of Tennessee.
Andy Nicholson is the senior vice president for the international client care organization. He is also a member of the Ciber Operating Committee and he leads the international market-facing sales force. His teams are responsible for identifying and developing segmentation strategies and solutions that will best serve our client’s needs. Before joining Ciber, he was founder and CEO of Hortor, an IT managed services company.
Mr. Nicholson has more than 25 years of business and leadership experience across the technology sector. He is also non-executive director of K2C, which provides a full suite of fully integrated channels to market including Web, contact centers, mobile devices and social media. Prior to Hortor, he was the group managing director at ECS Group, an IT managed services company operating across the UK, India and South Africa.
Mr. Nicholson has significant global experience from BT Global Services where he managed a £1.6b global services business. He was a member of the Global Services Board of Directors and has held numerous senior leadership positions including president of their Global Banking and Financial Markets Business.
