Juan Fernando Peña is a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and holds a Master degree in Computer Science and Informatics from the University of Costa Rica (UCR). He works as Pre Sales Director at ArtinSoft, the company that developed the Visual Basic Upgrade Wizard and the Visual Basic Upgrade Companion, and has extensive experience managing application conversion projects and training programs around the world, with emphasis on the .NET Framework. Mr. Peña is also a frequent speaker at high-profile conferences and events, where he lectures on the advantages of automated software migrations.

Sri KatteSpeaker:

Srinarasimha Katte works for CIBER Inc, a global provider of Information Technology (IT) services, as a Technical Leader – Microsoft Technologies, at its Global Solution Center in India. He holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Vishveshwariah Technological University (VTU, India). Sri has a successful track record of managing onsite and offshore projects that are developed using the .Net Framework. Sri also worked as the Project Lead and Onsite Coordinator on a collaborative effort between CIBER and ArtinSoft that successfully converted a mission-critical Human Resources (HR) software application from Visual Basic to Visual Basic .Net.
