Join CIBER for a complimentary webinar that will teach you ways in which your organization’s risk management activities can be enhanced by applying Business Impact Analysis (BIA) methodologies.

Business impact analysis is a tool which estimates the impacts that a disruption or degradation of business processes would have on an enterprise’s mission. Historically, it has been used primarily to develop requirements for business continuity and disaster recovery planning. However, other operational risk management (ORM) activities can provide more value if they are also tied to BIA.

In this webinar, you will learn:

  • The relationship of Business Impact Analysis to each domain of Operational Risk Management (security, emergency management, disaster recovery, business continuity).
  • The components and processes of BIA
  • How BIA can be leveraged to drive ORM programs and budgets

As an added bonus, attendees will receive a free copy of CIBER’s newest whitepaper on the topic of Business Impact Analysis, written by Eric Tompkins.
