With the setting of Silicon Valley as a backdrop, the Santa Clara County Case Management system needed to be a living example of innovation for operational excellence. Ciber has worked with Santa Clara County for over 10 years, but began to collaborate on this project in 2008.
Accessing One Version of the Truth Disparate sets of data and conflicting answers to existing system queries drove the need for an enterprise approach to data integration, and a consolidated view of data across the agency’s departments without impacting the operational performance of existing data sources.
