“CIBER was easy to work with and competitively priced. They quickly brought a great deal of expertise and experience to the table, and delivered on their promises. We felt that we were in good hands, because the CIBER consultants we brought in had 'been there, done that" before.”

Steve DeMougin — Deputy Director for the Department of IT, State of Indiana

Electronic Contract Management System

The CIBER Lifecycle Contract Edition (CLCE) is a web-based, user friendly electronic contract management system designed by government officials for government officials. It is 100 percent browser-based built for multiple platforms.  CLCE provides transparency, efficiency and confidence for the entire contract lifecycle.

CIBER’s Lifecycle Contract Edition diverse features include:

  • Intelligently-designed dashboards delivering intuitive drill-down functionality
  • An all-inclusive Audit Trail, which reports all user and system activity tied to a contract
  • On-the-Record documentation through User Commenting
  • At-a-glance reporting, which provides decision makers quick access to contract information
  • Comprehensive Tracking through all contract stages (creation, approval, monitoring and performance)

What is CIBER Lifecycle Contract Edition?

The CLCE is a category of software applications developed by CIBER's BPI Practice Group. Within CLCE, there are targeted business processes, such as the handling of contracts.

Certain processes supporting key governmental tasks require:

Collaboration
Many efforts require a more significant collaborative effort across agencies, departments, offices and even branches of government.

Transparency
Certain workflows require a higher level of transparency into the government process. This provides the public, and others, the desired level of confidence and integrity in their officials.

Hands-on Management
Some processes involve a significant amount of supporting documentation and dependencies on other processes. These requirements often add layers of additional administrative overhead, resulting in extended amounts of time required to complete a process. Hands-on Management is required to keep the process intact and on-track.

CLCE is a software application designed specifically for government, and specifically to meet these requirements. CLCE delivers automated control over highly collaborative and complex government processes while providing robust reporting and real-time dashboard services.

CLCE addresses the complete contract Iifecycle, from the initial approval to publish a solicitation, or Request for Proposal, to the review of contract clause performance.
