As Director of CIBER’s Travel & Hospitality Practice, Don Bosworth helps clients leverage technology to develop effective, results-oriented solutions that enhance sound sales and operational processes and drive visibility, productivity, and profitability.

Mr. Bosworth possesses 25 years of experience in the travel, hospitality, and technology industries, and brings a comprehensive understanding of the operational, sales and marketing requirements of the travel and hospitality industries.

Prior to joining CIBER, Mr. Bosworth held senior management and executive-level positions with a top hotel management company, various hotel chains, and a major tour and travel operator. Early in his career he held property-level positions as a director of sales and marketing and general manager.

In 1996, Mr. Bosworth earned the Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) designation, an industry certification that is recognized worldwide as the premier symbol of professional achievement. The designation is awarded only to those who demonstrate exemplary property management expertise, a commitment to the hospitality industry and hold a corporate-level or general management position. Candidates must be recommended for the designation by their supervisors based on their demonstrated abilities, and they must pass a comprehensive examination.

Mr. Bosworth as been recognized numerous times for excellence, receiving the “Director of Sales of the Year” award for Interstate Marriott Hotels, “Best Marketing Concept” award for Intercontinental Hotels (Holiday Inn), and an Adrian Award for “Best Integrated Electronic Marketing Program” for Penn State Hospitality Services.

Mr. Bosworth is a former honorary board member of the Association of Starwood Franchisees and Owners, North America (ASFONA), and is actively involved with major industry associations, including the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International (HSMAI), American Hotel and Lodging Association (AH&LA), and the Travel Industry Association of America (TIA).
