Why has CIBER won so many tasks under the ITSS-2 contract?

Because we perform our IT support tasks well for FSA, and because we treat our employees who work on these tasks well. In 2004, CIBER, Inc. purchased National Systems & Research Co. (NSR), the company that supported FSA since 1996 under the original ITSS contract. With our acquisition of NSR we gained valuable insight into FSA’s IT environments and business needs.

We have been aggressively pursuing additional work at KCC and in St. Louis because we believe CIBER brings the best value to FSA and because we can provide the professionals who work for us with excellent salaries, benefits, and management support.

CIBER is determined to provide the highest level of support and the greatest possible value on each one of our FSA tasks. We have built an enviable reputation at FSA for getting the job done on time and within budget. Recently, an FSA manager who has been working with us said that the CIBER team had accomplished more in a few months than the previous contractor had accomplished in three years.

For FSA, we are proving every day that we can provide whatever expertise and resources are needed within short, responsive time-frames and constrained budgets.
