The Image World 2 (IW2) contract provides Information Technology (IT) systems and services necessary to support the requirements for IT solutions within the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and other government agencies.

The IW2 contract is structured as an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) task order contract whose orders must be Firm Fixed Price (FFP).
All customers are assessed a minimal processing fee equal to 1% of task order (TO) funding. Billable in the first invoice.

Task Order timelines are targeted from 5 to 28 days.
