Systems and Methodology

CIBER uses the global leader in Enterprise IT Management, CA Unicenter Network Management System and other tools to efficiently and effectively monitor and report on all of your networks. All network monitoring data gathering and SNMP queries will originate from a network management system (i.e., data collector), provided by CIBER and placed at your location as necessary. Data that is collected at the client site will be sent through a secure VPN or dedicated line (based on client’s requirements) to CIBER’s NOC for processing and alerting. This configuration will provide efficient and reliable monitoring of up/down status and high-fidelity performance data, undistorted by additional network hops and latency through the Internet.
