CIBER Awarded St. Louis Metro ERP Contract

GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo. – March 16, 2009 - CIBER, Inc. (NYSE: CBR) has won a $1.3 million contract with Metro, the St. Louis Metropolitan Region’s transportation agency. CIBER will be implementing Oracle Human Resources, Advanced Benefits and Payroll to complement Metro’s existing Oracle Financials and replace outdated Human Resources and Payroll systems. This implementation will improve the efficiency of Metro’s current Human Resources system and result in reduced administration costs.

“We are excited about working with CIBER on this project. Metro is expecting to see real improvements in our Human Resources and Payroll processes and, as a result, garner substantial savings,” said Debbie Erickson, Chief Information Officer for Metro St. Louis.

In addition to the replacement of outdated Human Resources and Payroll systems, the implementation of Oracle Human Resources will improve general workflow processes, implement industry Best Practices, improve ad hoc reporting, eliminate redundant data entry and ensure compliance with all applicable legal standards, including FLSA compliance. The new system will integrate and track the lifecycle of various Human Resources’ processes including recruitment, staffing requests, classification studies, personnel transactions, new hires, promotions, pay changes, transfers, performance, benefits and payroll.

“CIBER’s extensive experience implementing Oracle applications is complemented by recent experience performing several successful implementations for other regional transportation organizations. These past implementations resulted in substantial savings and improved efficiency for our clients,” said Russ Wheeler, President of CIBER’s Enterprise Solutions Division.

Dealing with the challenge of maintaining current services in the face of ever-shrinking revenue, Metro can depend on the implementation of Oracle Human Resources to increase internal efficiency while creating new services for their 2,300 employees.
