GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo. – Feb. 2, 2012 – CIBER, a premier partner of Oracle for more than 20 years, has tapped CIBER veteran Mike Dillon to lead its North America Oracle Practice, and Garth Carter, the head of CIBER's public sector and higher education segment, to lead Oracle sales for the company. CIBER's Oracle Practice helps commercial businesses, government and higher education institutions effectively implement, upgrade and maintain Oracle's entire application and technology suite.  

Dillon worked at CIBER for nearly 15 years building and diversifying its Oracle Practice.  He joined CIBER in 1996, and founded the company's Higher Education Practice. Under his leadership the practice grew significantly, becoming Oracle's top systems integrator in the Higher Education space with more than 200 Universities and Community Colleges as clients. Dillon also helped broaden CIBER's Oracle footprint by establishing an Oracle Public Sector Practice and ran the integrated Oracle group until his departure in early 2011.

Carter has been with CIBER for 16 years in key sales and delivery roles. He most recently led the company’s division focused on the state and local government and higher education market. CIBER has customized, implemented and supported many solutions, including Oracle software, for hundreds of clients in that market.

Scott Jostes, CIBER's previous Oracle Practice leader, is a former Oracle employee with more than 20 years of IT experience.  He will lead expansion of CIBER's Oracle commercial business, working with Dillon and Carter.
