Mr. Boustridge is the president and chief executive officer of Ciber as well as a member of the board of directors. Prior to joining the company, he served as chief executive officer of Contact Solutions, a provider of voice and mobility customer self-service solutions and business intelligence offerings. Before that, he was president of BT Global Services, where his team served the needs of some 7,000 clients in more than 170 countries worldwide. He joined BT after an 11-year career with Electronic Data Systems, also known as HP Enterprise Services. There, he was vice president of sales and chief marketing officer. Mr. Boustridge started his career in New Zealand, where he worked for Hitachi and IBM.
A well-known technology executive with deep expertise in the IT services and telecom industries, Mr. Boustridge served on Ciber’s Board of Directors for two years before being named CEO. He is also a board member for several other firms, including Riverbed Technology, a leader in application performance infrastructure and Cyan, a SaaS solution provider.
Mr. Boustridge’s charitable efforts include serving as a board member for the Xprize Foundation, a non-profit organization focused on bringing about radical breakthroughs to benefit humanity through prize competitions that stimulate research.
Dave Arcemont is Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) responsible for human resources, enterprise information technology, global marketing, real estate, and payroll. Mr. Arcemont joined Ciber from Ryan, LLC where he served as Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Mr. Arcemont brings more than 15 years of extensive business and leadership experience. His executive credentials range from leading large, global recruiting and talent management organizations to running multinational account teams serving Fortune 50 firms while at Capgemini.
Prior to that, he held a number of leadership positions of increasing responsibility over his twelve year tenure with Electronic Data Systems, including the Vice President of Business Workforce and Capacity Management, Director of Global New Business Development and Global Solution Center Delivery leader.
Mr. Arcemont holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and finance from Northwestern State University and a master's degree in business administration.
Christian Mezger is chief financial officer of Ciber. Mr. Mezger joined Ciber from Hewlett Packard (HP), where he most recently served as finance vice president of the $11 billion technology services business. Prior to that, he was vice president of Worldwide Financial Planning and Analysis, responsible for HP’s global Financial Planning and Analysis teams as well as financial management of the company’s horizontal functions.
In his 15-year tenure at HP, Mr. Mezger held several management and leadership roles including director of Finance for the office of Strategy and Technology where he supported HP labs, strategy, corporate development, business incubation, intellectual property and global strategic alliances. He also worked as finance manager in corporate financial planning and analysis, where he served on the integration team during the HP-Compaq merger.
Mr. Mezger holds an MBA-equivalent degree with a concentration in international business management from the University of Vienna.
Chris Batson is senior vice president of Finance and Operations for North America, responsible for financial planning and analysis, pricing, strategic planning and operations oversight for North American operations. In addition to providing core financial leadership, he is also responsible for overall operational efficiency in the organization, working closely with the general manager for North America.
Mr. Batson has more than 15 years of corporate finance and treasury experience. Before joining Ciber, he was vice president and treasurer at Local Insight Media, a yellow pages publisher generating more than $500 million in annual revenue across the U.S., Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic. He also served as the company’s chief financial officer for its Caribbean subsidiary. In these roles, he managed the restructuring of almost $2 billion in debt, managing several entities through bankruptcy proceedings and restructuring negotiations.
Previously, Mr. Batson was CEO and interim CFO of Loud Financial, a national lender of retail installment contracts for motorcycles, and he worked for five years with TeleTech Holdings, Inc. in various financial management positions including CFO for TeleTech’s European business unit as well as treasurer and vice president of the corporation. He also held a key financial role at NCR and was a senior consultant for Deloitte & Touche.
Mr. Batson holds a master's degree in business administration from Indiana University and a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the University of Tennessee.
Srikanta is vice president and head of Ciber India, responsible for organizational development and strategic direction for India, guiding the practices in strengthening Ciber’s client relationships through execution excellence. He has been with Ciber since 2013.
Srikanta has more than 16 years of experience. Prior to Ciber, Srikanta was with Capgemini India, where he was vice president delivery and the head of the ERP practice (SAP and Oracle) for its European operations. Srikanta worked for Capgemini India for over two years and led their 2000 person strong ERP practice. As a P/L leader, Srikanta played a big role in Capgemini India’s transformation journey, which included stabilization of the project portfolio, maturity in services delivery, setup of a large distributed AM factory, winning large deals over 40meuro and increasing the acceptance of the Rightshore® model. Prior to Capgemini, Srikanta had a long career of 13 years with Oracle in its consulting group and played multiple roles; his last role was of director and head of consulting delivery, responsible for successful engagements for customers across Europe, Middle East and Africa, APAC, and Latin America. His other roles at Oracle include business development practice and program management.
Srikanta comes with a MS in Chemical Engineering from University of Kentucky, US, BE in Chemical Engineering from National Institute of Technology (NIT) Surathkal, India. Over the course of his work tenure, he had participated in several programs targeted for high performers such as an Executive MBA program at Indian Institute of Management (IIMB), The Oracle 4Sight Program for practice directors and Champions League program for vice presidents at Capgemini.
