Thomas (Tom) Pile has been working with a Major U.S. Retailer for more than 12 years, handling their Merchandising Management, Financials, Planning, and Replenishment. Tom was previously the Project Manager for JDA MMS implementation, and expertly managed replacing existing legacy system with new solutions.

Jon Scarpelli
VP, Global Solutions, CIBER, Inc.
Jon Scarpelli is Vice President of CIBER’s Outsourcing Practice for CIBER, Inc. An early leader in the IT outsourcing industry, Mr. Scarpelli leads CIBER’s global distributed delivery approach integrating CIBER’s local account management in 85 offices around the world serving clients from multiple Global Solutions Centers. Mr. Scarpelli joined CIBER in 1977 as a programmer/analyst and has served in many roles including systems development, systems training delivery and development, branch management, and methodology development. Mr. Scarpelli assisted CIBER's branch offices in developing systems, training and methodologies in Detroit and Denver. Prior to joining CIBER, Mr. Scarpelli worked for Texas Instruments in engineering support and manufacturing systems.

Sree has more than 20 years of experience and brings in expertise in the Global Delivery Model (GDM), having managed delivery for many fortune 100 clients. He has extensive experience in building delivery capability, defining and implementing organizational improvements across software engineering, quality; IT services delivery, and recruitment. Prior to joining CIBER, Sree has worked with iGATE, and was responsible for services delivery of its strategic accounts in North America.

Pradyumna Belevadi

Prady has more than 14 years of experience as a Retail Functional and Technical Consultant. He specializes in implementation and development of large retail projects in various geographies and has had extensive exposure to store applications, merchandising, eCommerce, mobility solutions and auto-id technology. He has helped retailers implement best practices of the industry in their business processes. Prior to CIBER, Prady has worked with retailers in packaged application implementations to effectively map their business processes, identify bottlenecks and deliver solutions to optimize processes.
