Martha Dember is an IT consultant with CIBER, Inc., specializing in the areas of business intelligence and data governance, risk, and compliance. She is a Certified Business Intelligence Practitioner in the area of leadership and is a member of the Balanced Scorecard Collaboration. Having over 20 years experience in IT and change management, she has helped many organizations successfully implement governance programs and move through the stages of the data governance maturity model. Ms. Dember recently spoke at the Trillium User Group Conference and is a member of the Executive Women’s Group, a national organization of female executives. Ms. Dember and CIBER colleague William Follmer most recently presented a data governance seminar at the 2006 DAMA International Symposium, whose theme was “Aligning Data Strategy with Business Strategy.”

Rosanne Vezzi is a key member of the Data Architecture Team for a large Orlando, Fla.-based entertainment and hospitality company. She will discuss the challenges and successes of launching her company’s data governance program, including how the team gained executive buy-in and guided colleagues in improving data processes and accepting change.
