In our economic climate, thousands of organizations are faced with delivering value with fewer and fewer resources.
Your Project Management Office (PMO) is no exception. If you still have a PMO, but capital budgets are dried up and projects are slim, what can you do?
CIBER’s 60-minute Webinar will focus on how your PMO can add value through Application Portfolio Management (APM) – a practice that uses the same process used in Project Portfolio Management (PPM) to justify and measure the financial benefits of each application in comparison to the costs of the application's maintenance and operations.
CIBER experts Ashu Bhatia, Director of Delivery, Lisa Meek, Director, Principal Consultant and Woody Walker, Director, Project Management Office; along with Dennis Peters, Program Manager with Siemens Energy, Inc., will present the benefits of APM, including:
- thorough understanding of the “Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)” of the applications run by your organization
- reduction in application duplication and maintenance costs
- alignment of application development and business strategy
- opportunities for business process improvements
Agenda/Key Points:
