NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT OR DONATION OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER THIS GIVEAWAY.

ELIGIBILITY. CIBER, Inc. "OPENWORLD 2008 Strategy Session $25 Gas Card " (the "Giveaway") is only open is only open to persons who CIBER included in the OPENWORLD 2008 promotional database. The Giveaway is void outside the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia and Canada; and where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers and directors of CIBER Inc. are not eligible to apply. This offer is by invitation only from Sponsor; only the person to whom an invitation to enter the Giveaway is addressed may enter the Giveaway, unless otherwise approved by CIBER. The offer to enter the Giveaway may not be transferred to any other person or entity by the recipient of an invitation.

TIMING. Participants will receive the giveaway in person at OPENWORLD 2008 in Denver, Colorado between September 21 – September 25, 2008. You must be present to receive the giveaway.

HOW TO ENTER. There are two ways to apply for the Giveaway:
a. TO ENTER ONLINE: Click on the online application http://www.ciber.com/events/fea/openworld08.cfm . Completely fill out the online survey and submit it in accordance with the on-screen instructions. The email address submitted with the online survey must be a verifiable business email address; applications submitted with a personal email address will be disqualified. All online applications must be received by Sponsor during the Application Period. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an online applicant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the applicant. Winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned to an email address by an Internet service provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. All applications will be deemed to have been made by the authorized account holder of the submitted email address, and only one application per person is permitted. Submitting mass applications or applications generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices is prohibited and will result in disqualification. IF YOU DO NOT DESIRE TO ENTER ONLINE BY TAKING THE SURVEY, YOU MAY ENTER BY MAIL AS PROVIDED BELOW. b. TO ENTER BY MAIL/FREE ALTERNATIVE MEANS OF APPLICATION: Hand print your name, complete home address, day and evening phone numbers, email address (if any), and survey question results found on http://www.ciber.com/events/fea/openworld08.cfm, and age on a 3" x 5" piece of paper and send it by U.S. mail to " OPENWORLD 2008 Strategy Session $25 Gas Card," c/o CIBER, Inc., 5251 DTC Parkway, Suite 1400, Greenwood Village, CO 80111. All mail-in applications must be received by Sponsor by September 17, 2008. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, stolen, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, damaged, mutilated, altered, misdirected or postage-due applications, which will be disqualified. No facsimiles, photocopied or mechanically reproduced applications allowed. Use of any automated system to submit applications is prohibited and will result in disqualification c. FOR ALL APPLICATIONS: LIMIT: One (1) application per person (regardless of method of application). All applications become the exclusive property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned. Proof of mailing or online submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt of entry by Sponsor. By participating in the Giveaway, each applicant fully and unconditionally agrees to be bound by and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor (including, without limitation, decisions regarding eligibility of applications, the selection of applicants and the winner, and the awarding of prize), which are final and binding in all respects.

PRIZE. One (1) prize per person will be awarded in this Giveaway. The prize consists of and is limited to a $25.00 gas card as selected by Sponsor. Approximate retail value ("ARV") of the prize is $25.00. THE PRIZE CONSISTS OF AND IS LIMITED ONLY TO THE UNIT. ADDITIONAL SERVICES AND/OR ITEMS ARE OR MAY BE REQUIRED TO USE THE PRIZE, AND THOSE SERVICES AND ITEMS ARE NOT INCLUDED WITH THE PRIZE BUT MUST BE PURCHASED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED AT THE WINNER'S TIME AND EXPENSE IN ORDER TO USE THE PRIZE. Prize must be accepted as awarded, and prize is awarded "AS IS" with no warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, made by Sponsor or for which Sponsor shall be liable, including, without limitation, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. No substitution, assignment or transfer of prize is permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of greater or equal value, including cash. Winner is solely responsible for any and all costs, fees, taxes and expenses associated with prize receipt and use, including, without limitation, all federal, state and local taxes on the prize. All prizes are awarded in person at the OPENWORLD 2008 conference in Denver, Colorado between September 21 – September 25, 2008. Applicant must be present to receive the prize, and is limited to one prize per company.

GENERAL CONDITIONS. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway if, in Sponsor's opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Giveaway, or if viruses, bugs, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical difficulties or failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the process or the operation of the Giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Giveaway is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

RELEASE. By applying, each applicant forever and irrevocably releases and holds harmless Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries and affiliates, and their respective agents, advertising and promotion agencies, affiliates, Giveaway partners and prize suppliers, and all of their respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders and agents from and against all claims, damages or liabilities arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from applicant's participation and/or application in the Giveaway and/or applicant's award, receipt or use of any prize awarded in the Giveaway.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY. Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) incorrect or inaccurate transcription of application information or late, lost, stolen, unintelligible, illegible, damaged, mutilated, altered, incomplete, misdirected or postage due applications or applications received through impermissible or illegitimate channels, all of which will be disqualified; (b) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any telephone, computer online systems, computer equipment, website, server provider, network, hardware or software; (c) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any website or service; (d) unauthorized intervention in any part of the application process or the Giveaway; (e) printing, typographical, electronic or human errors which may occur in the offer or administration of the Giveaway or the processing of applications; or (f) any injury or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to applicant's computer, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from applicant's participation in the Giveaway, or from viewing, playing or downloading any material from Sponsor's website(s), regardless of whether the material was prepared by Sponsor or a third party, and regardless of whether the material is connected to Sponsor's website by a hypertext link.

DISPUTES. Applicant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway, or any prizes awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and solely and exclusively in a federal or state court located in Denver, Colorado; applicant submits to sole and exclusive personal jurisdiction to said courts in the State of Colorado for any such dispute and irrevocably waives any and all rights to object to such jurisdiction; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out of pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with applying this Giveaway but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will applicant be permitted to obtain awards for and applicant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of applicant or Sponsor in connection with the Giveaway shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Colorado, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules of provisions (whether of the State of Colorado, the United States, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Colorado.

DATA COLLECTION. Sponsor collects personal information from applicants when they enter the Giveaway. The information collected online (the online method of application is subject to the Privacy Policy of Sponsor located at http://www.ciber.com/ciber/legal. For information collected offline (i.e., through the mail in application method of application) (a) Sponsor collects this information and uses it to administer the Giveaway, for market research, and for other marketing purposes, (b) Sponsor may share this information with third parties who need access to this information to perform services on Sponsor's behalf, and (c) Sponsor may also share this information with select marketing partners, who may use it for market research and marketing.
