EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, CIBER INTERNATIONALMr. Laugerud became the CEO of CIBER International in January 2003, following CIBER’s acquisition of ECsoft Group plc. Mr. Laugerud had been serving as a non-executive director of ECsoft up to May 2002, following his six years as CEO of company from 1994 to 2000. With over 20 years of experience in the IT services business, Mr. Laugerud is enjoying the challenge of expanding CIBER’s presence around the globe.
