Raghurama Kote
PRESIDENT, CIBER INDIA & HEAD OF GLOBAL DELIVERY

Raghurama Kote was appointed as President of CIBER India in January 2009. As President, he is responsible for the leadership, strategic, direction, operational management and delivery excellence of CIBER’s Global Solutions Center in India.
Mr. Kote joined CIBER following the acquisition of Iteamic Private Limited, a company he founded in 2003 and for which he served as CEO. Kote secured venture capital funding for Iteamic in 2007 and under his leadership, Iteamic met and exceeded its milestones for people development, client satisfaction and financial growth. Iteamic received CMMI Level 3 and ISO 27001 certifications and recognition for its growth and success from two of India’s leading IT industry trade bodies – NASSCOM and STPI.
Mr. Kote has more than 18 years of experience in software development and maintenance outsourcing in an offshoring model. Previously he was the co-founder of a software services organization focused on the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance industries. As a key member of the senior management team, Mr. Kote directed multiple large-scale projects for Fortune 500 clients and led the entire delivery organization.
Mr. Kote was awarded a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Mysore, Karnataka, India, and has completed professional coursework in “Leading Professional Services Firm” from Harvard Business School.
