CIBER is pleased to offer on-line investor services. Shareholders can now enjoy the benefits and convenience of electronic delivery of the Annual Report, Proxy Statement and related materials, online proxy voting and more.

To enroll for on-line “delivery”, click below. When hard copies of the Proxy Statement and Annual Report to Stockholders are distributed in connection with future Annual Meetings, you will receive an email alert that the materials are ready to be viewed on-line. This email will also provide instructions on how to vote your shares on-line. If you enroll, you will not receive hard copies of the Proxy Statement and Annual Report to Stockholders in the mail.
