Application Portfolio Management
CIBER’s Application Portfolio Management (APM) is a structured approach to identifying the applications you run, categorizing them by functionality, eliminating duplication and prioritizing the investments and effort you’ll make in the future.
An APM assessment gives you:
- Insight into the business context and use of your applications, so you know what aligns with business strategy and what doesn’t.
- Measurements of key portfolio attributes, giving you a clear view of business value, technical health, costs, skills, complexity and currency of your systems.
- An investment strategy and roadmap that gives you objectives to reach for and tactics to meet them.
Each APM engagement is led by an IT strategist or enterprise architect who engages both business and IT resources at your firm. Other CIBER resources contribute as needed, and everyone on the CIBER team takes a business-oriented approach.
