Srikanta Narayan Srikantapura
Vice President-Delivery
Srikantapura joined Ciber in India in March of 2013 and is responsible for delivery excellence. Before Ciber, Srikantapura worked at Capgemini for more than two years, where he was Vice President of Delivery and Head of ERP practice (SAP and Oracle) for its European operations. In this role, he led more than 2,000 employees and played an important part in business transformations at Capgemini in India, including stabilization of the project portfolio, maturity in services delivery, setup of a large distributed Applications Management factory, winning deals greater than $50 million and increasing acceptance of the Rightshore® model for global delivery.
